Dr. DiCarlo is the daughter of Dr. Baker and a native of Baton Rouge. She graduated from St. Michael the Archangel High School. She attended Louisiana State University where she was a member of Phi Mu Sorority and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She then attended optometry school in Memphis, TN at Southern College of Optometry. There she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dr. DiCarlo is an active participant in advocacy for optometry. She has attended and advocated for optometry both in Louisiana and in Washington D.C. at the AOA’s Congressional Advocacy Conference. Dr. DiCarlo is married to Dr. Vincent DiCarlo II, DDS. Dr. DiCarlo is honored to be the Southeast Society President for the Optometry Association of Louisiana.
Dr. DiCarlo enjoys traveling, snow skiing, and especially loves Whitefish, Montana.
